Finca TierraS
“Where Shared Resources Grow Bioregional Resilience.”

Mission
To cultivate bioregional resilience, where shared resources, collective stewardship, and regenerative systems create prepetual value for both people and the land.
At Finca TierraS, we believe true wealth is measured in clean waters, healthy soils, thriving ecosystems, and strong, interdynamic communities. By tending to our watersheds and food systems together, we keep resources circulating within the region — nourishing our neighbors as much as our environment.
Through cooperative use of our facilities, tools, and technologies, we uplift the capacity of our entire region to live in harmony with nature. Our mission is to bridge traditional knowledge with modern innovation, educating for a regenerative future where culture, ecology, and economy work as one living system.
Resilience Hub
Hybrid Cooperative Model

Cultivation
Here; harvest, water, and soil are all interdependent. This is a blueprint that puts ecosystem health and human health at the forefront of economies. At Finca TierraS the agroforestry, the stewards and the bridge to market is all considered part of a holistic system.

Education
Learning & Cultural Transmission
Our education arm functions as a knowledge-sharing cooperative, weaving ecological literacy, traditional wisdom, and whole-systems thinking into immersive learning experiences. Facilitators, elders, and practitioners co-create curriculum while revenue is reinvested to expand access, scholarships, and community capacity.

Distribution & Processing
Value-Add & Market Cooperative
Our processing and distribution arm operates as a hybrid producer-consumer cooperative, transforming harvests into value-added goods while strengthening local trade networks. Profits circulate back to growers, educators, and infrastructure, creating a resilient tributary economy that keeps wealth flowing within the community.
Host at Finca TierraS
Many retreat centers focus on the “I.” Here, we practice the “We” — gathering up to 32 people, nourished by our farm, in shared service to something greater than ourselves.
